do i break up with him or stay with him

My boyfriend of 3 years latley is acting different, hes very distant he dosent really talk to me he dosent call im the one calling and making the effort hes being really cheap and he was never cheap before, i dont see much of him now, i think hes cheating because i used to see him lots now im luckey if its once a week i feel like im making him be with me i told him he can break up with me anyime he wants to and he hasent done that im in my early 30s and dont want to waste time for someone who isnt going to have a future with me but i do love him alot is it worth it to stay?
