im currently serving in the military and deployed. Me and my wife have been arguing about pictures and some sentimental stuff i decided to keep from my ex-wife . my wife and i have been married for a year now. I have two gorgeous girls 3 and 5 years of age, with my ex-wife and i kept that stuff for them, and keep reassuring her thats the case and she keeps assuming i still have feelings feelings or still care for her in that way.. my point of view was i was going thru a tough patch in my previous deployment and i burned a lot of the old stuff but i decided to keep a few things so in case something was to happen to me in this cruel employment they would at least have something to reassure them that they were born out of love and not some summer fling since their mother and i were no longer together., even after my wife came into picture i kept that in a lock box i would go thru it with them from time to time. After i had left for this deployment she went thru the lock box and decided to burn everything i had, even if it didnt have her in those pictures. she burned it all including the only pictures that were left of my deceased friend. was i in the wrong for keeping that kind of stuff?
