How can I get my husband to go back to school so he can get a better career?

I love my husband but he's only ever worked in a warehouse for as long as I've known him. He dropped out of college after his sophmore year because he said it wasn't for him but yet he's unhappy at his job now. I think he's afraid of change. I work and make decent money but honestly he's the one with the better potential.

What can I do to get him off his butt and go and finish his school?
