should i trust him again?

Awhile back my husband met a woman on the internet and continued with a "friendship" for a few months. {until i caught him} He says its over but every time he is on the computer or texting i always wonder if its her again.{he swears its not} Should i try to just let it go or let it continue to cause distance between us?
