My husband doesn't wants me only to get pregnant the old fashioned way. He says conception should be natural and not with any type of doctor assistance.
While it's great he lives in this fantasy world where only bad things come from western medicine and taking god out and putting science into everything I think not allowing me this is wrong. I want to be preganant and he's ready to become a dad.
It's not a question of money. We are financially well off. He's just wanting the old fashioned way or no way at all and I think that's off the table cause I just can't wait anymore. His lack of leaving this as an option is really causing a problem.

My wife is misinterpreting my argument yet again. I am not against fertilization. I am just a traditionalist and I want to conceive our baby through sex. I'm not against her using any method that proves to increase the odds of pregnancy through sex.
At least try! She wants the one and done. I'm not about to drop that much money no matter how much we have UNTIL she tries other holistic approaches. She never reads up on what to eat, how to perform sexually (missionary is her chosen and only position), what herbs to be taken, or anything that doesn't involve in vitro.
I'm a realist and I will concede in her wish to get in vitro pending she try the other methods first. She doesn't want to waste the time. So we're at a stalemate. So input from people in this position or having experienced it would be helpful...
