My Daughter Is Jealous Of My Son

Side 1 says...
I have four children, the oldest is my daughter and then I have a son, who is three years younger. My daughter thinks I spoil my son, because I buy him things all of the time, but the truth is, she never asks me to buy things for her. If she would ask me, I would probably buy things for her too. I don't think she is into "things" like my son is. She would rather me spend time with her but I live three hours away. I am caught in the middle of these two and don't know what to do.

living three hours away does not seem to stop you from coming up to the same city i live in at least once a month (sometimes more!) to visit your sister!! and believe me, i LOVE things, but i know that as the oldest it is up to me to try and set an example for my greedy younger siblings on not asking your mommy and daddy to buy you everything you want when you're almost 30! by the way, where are those shoes you said you were going to buy me?
