My boyfriend starts a fight with me every time I work night shift or pick up extra shifts! How do I keep both?

I work at a restaurant/bar that has an all female waitstaff. I met my boyfriend there in April of this year. We started dating in May. Our uniforms are not skanky unless the girl chooses them to be which I dont. I dont roll my shirt up to show my belly or have my boobs hanging out! So working in a place like this you are required to work some night shifts...you cant just work all days! My boyfriend starts a fight with me every single time i work a night shift or pick up extra shifts. To me its a little rediculous and I'm pretty tired of it! I'm not going to quit my job because he doesn't like it!
