My wife and me keep fighting about the kids using us. Our kids our 24, 22 and 19.

We have a phone plan and the agreement was that they would be us every month and never do. Its been going on for many years. I want to make them get there own plans and my wife think that is being mean and we should help our kids because we are there parents. What do you all think about this debate we have been having for years.
