Should my husband help me with the sick kids? Seeing as I am getting sick too.

I am a mother of 4 and one of my kids has been diagnosed with Type A flu. (The one they are calling H1N1) My husband works Mon., Tue., and Wed 12 hours a day. On Thurs he works 4 hours and off Fri, Sat and Sun. I have been home with 3 sick kids all week and now I am getting sick. I am a SAHM and really could use the help, but he says that he needs to work so that the bills could be paid. I feel like the room is spinning. Should he stay home and help some?
