MY HUSBAND SAID I HURT MY KNEE BECAUSE I'M OUT OF SHAPE? Is that rude to say?

I was sitting on him on the couch he asked me to get off I refused so he got up forcefully and I fell backwards and my acl in my knee popped. he says i hurt my knee because i wouldn't get off him when asked and because im out of shape
