my husband is 61 years old. He came from a nice family, but looks like a homeless person.

We've been married for 29 years. He used to care about how he looks. He is bald on top and grows his hair long. (but doesn't put it in a ponytail) He looks so disheveled and I'm embarrassed to go out with him. He refuses to cut his hair...and tells me he likes it. What should I do?
