Do I deserve my genetic-family information from my biological father?

I am a forty one year old female. I met my Father when I was thirteen years old. He will not give me my genetic-family information because he is a Cathoilc Priest. He was a Cathoilc Priest when I was conceived and he retired as one. Do I have a right to know?
