Should I forgive him like he seems to think I should?

My boyfriend and I had been dating for 7 years when I found out he was taking the phone receptionist at his work out for occasional lunches, dinners, and rides on his Harley. She is a lot younger then he is also. They did not have sex but I still feel as though he cheated on me and I cannot get past it.
