My girlfriend wants me to make more money!

I have a mba, but I'm an actor and filmmaker... until I get the "break", what can I do to maximize my income? My girlfriend is is a few years older and wants me to be making some really good money, but she knows that I have to be happy in what I'm doing. She wants me to "get my hustle on". lol She is making somewhere north of 175K. What can I do keep both me and her happy. And leaving is not an option. lol
