should I tell my dad how I feel?

My dad is going to Texas for the 2nd time.The 1st time he left he was gone for 9 months so I never saw him. Now when he is leaving for 6 months.I do not want him to leave. His GF is always making the decisions on everything they do and he can never defend himself!she yells at me like she is my mother but shes not.Me and my father used to be so close but now that he has been going to texas so much I am afraid that one of these times he will leave and make the decision to live there for a long time and never talk it over with me.
