How badly designed is this web page?

I have seen some bad color combinations and terrible use of multiple/inappropriate font faces before, but WOW. An acquaintance created the website at swiftmindsglobalmedia and does not believe me when I tell her that it is one of the worst I've ever seen. The really bad part is that it is supposed to promote her company. Tell me what you think.
