My friend is keeping things from me that she usuallt doesnt, what should i do?

I have a friend that im usually very close to. We tell eachother everything, but today i figured out she had a boyfriend for a couple of months she hasnt told me about. She normally tels me right away. She hasnt been telling me anything lately. What should i do?
