I really like this man one day i would love to marry him, how do i know how he feels about me?

I been seeing this guy for over two years, we have sex once a week and we been on vacation together several times.He's a very private person and im scared to get my feeling hurt by him but i really don't know how he feels about me.Im 40 and he's 49.I daydream of marrying him.What do I do?
