Do I need alanon or a lawyer?

Heavy drinking........that is what my husband does daily after work, yet he does not appear drunk but it still drives me crazy. He will not stop. Any ideas? It affects our marriage and I hold a lot of resentment. He says this is my problem because he is not harming me in anyway and it is his choice. How do I let go of this?
