Isn't this cheating?

My husband of 10yrs continually sends texts & is calling another woman. I've asked him to stop, but I discovered right in front of his eyes... It has continued. I'm lucky i can have my friends & family involved in my life - let alone a "friend" of the opposite sex calling me & texting me! Wow! Double standard!!!
