Should I succumb to roomates demands?

My roomate is jealous, I have girlfriends over and we use sex swings, fuck machines and vibrators. He knew this when he moved in because the apparatus' were already in place. He now says they must be removed from the "dungeon" so he can have his office down there. Now since he can't get any play, he wants to deny my pleasures of the flesh.
