I am in a relationship, but he wont stop including her in ALL family functions, I want to know what to do?

I want bf to stop including x in all family functions, And stop letting her dictate to him. also stand up to her. he doesnt care to upset me with his choices but he wont dare hurt her.. i am with him now, she has moved on, but he wont grow balls and confront her..He wont divorce her and I want to get married again, and this time do it properly friends famiy ect ect ect.. But he told her he wont marry again. What should I do....?
