Should I continue to hang on to the bottle of wine for a guy I could see myself with, or pour me a glass?

A gentleman, whom I am interested in, and I had a conversation about different wines. So I bought him a bottle of one of my favorites, I told him that I had a bottle of wine for him and next time he is in the area, come and get it.
This guy is very handsome and has the world going for him, he is about 10 years older than I, but he is everything that I have been looking for in a potential "honey".
It has been three weeks since I told him, should I continue to hang on to the bottle of wine for him, or pour me a glass?
