How do you fix a broken lg dare Touch screen???

Okay i was sitting in church...My phone in my front pocket and when i went to take it out after about two hours it looked jst like regular but when i went to touch it it didnt do anything!!! I need to know what tips or anything tht i can do get my phone to start touching again..Because right now it looks as if its broken..
