I've complained more than once about our relationship, and him for over 2yrs off and on. He hasn't. Why?

We were co-workers, friends, both single and became involved, over 2 years ago. Lots of good times! I have issues with us and he doesn't. He's never complained. We don't live together, for various reasons, none serious. Why can't I follow his way? Why can't he see my way? How will I find out which way I'm suppose to go, as far as staying with someone who does not validate my thoughts, feelings, wants and desires; as opposed to someone that is set in/and apparently comfortable in his own skin and beliefs?
