What is your favorite holiday dish??

I'm thinking of dishes to make for the upcoming holidays. Just wondered what everyone's favorites are. My favorite is Pig Lickin Cake. It's basically a boxed yellow cake with drained mandarin oranges added in the mixture.The icing is whipped topping with a box of dry vanilla pudding mixed in. So simple and so yummy.
