What do you think of people who always mod themselves up?

I've noticed that a few regulars on Sidetaker immediately have a point beside their answers as soon as they are posted. This can only mean that these people consider themselves so good at giving advice that they are modding themselves up. I know they have the ability to do this, but I think it's very egotistical. It's also very evident, so they aren't fooling anyone. Do you think this is right? Or do you think they're just full or themselves?
