Short Text Reply = Interested or Not?

Please weigh in - I met a very hot Brazilian girl at a bar on Friday. Texted her sunday, Short, funny and picking up on something that happened when I met her. She replied back 30 minutes later simply with "hehe". Which I comically think is a really lame reply, hey she's not really working with me here LOL!! ;) So, she replied = interested/curious. Or the short reply = I'm being blown off?
