What do you make out of this?

One of my wife friend you found her on face book from 30 years ago . He now calls my house about every other day about his problems with women G/F what ever, Does he think shes DR> phill? I asked her and she said hes just a friend and hes not her type. Oh I dont know if it means any thing but he does not live around us, luck for him. Should i put my foot down or in his butt.
