How do I explain that i want to break up with him, without hurting his feelings??

This guy i am dating since hardly one month and i have realised that it was just a friendly crush which is over now and i do not (and cannot) think about him like the way i used to. But he is my bestfriend and cousin too and i love talking to him.. but how do i tell him that i do not love him when he is crazy about me? i dont want to hurt his fellings at all.
