How does everyone feel about Obama lifting the travel restrictions to the U.S for HIV-positive foreigners?
I've read both pro and con opinions to this change in U.S. policy, and most were
against lifting the restrictions due to the fact that we shouldn't be increasing the numbers of HIV-positive people in the U.S., and the possible increase in medical costs to the U.S. Some people who agree with this policy say that everyone knows how to protect themselves against HIV by now, so there is no danger in letting them in the U.S.
