NAME OF THIS RAP/HIP-HOP SONG?

What is the name of this song? I heard it in like, 2006 or 2007. In the song, a male was singing something like "that's the way you want it (uh huh) that's the way you want it (uh huh) that's the way you need it (uh huh)" and there was a girls voice in the song, but it didn't have a big part at all. Please help!
