If I've only had sex twice in 10 months. Do I have the right to complain?

I had sex last year March, when I was seven months pregnant. Before that I had sex about five times in eight months. He swears he's not getting it anywhere else, he's just stressed. My baby is eight months old and we've had sex twice. The first time was the 21st of Dec. and another time since.
