So I just found an email that my husband wrote to an old girlfriend?

Telling her that "the girls" are looking sweet and he is trying to log in some facetime with them. ("the girls" are her boobs, for anyone that may be confused) We have had a few close calls regarding other ex's of his and emails and stuff and I really believed that everything was straight between us. What would you do to confront this situation?
