Am I being selfish, other options?

I want to go over to my friends, watch the game and have some drinks. We have a 6 year old so this time my wife had to stay home. My wife doesn't like sleeping alone so I am made to feel like a jerk for going over to our friends. We love each other very much and this is the one continual argument/issue that we clash about.

The way I see it these are my options:
A) Don't go
B) Go but don't drink
C) Go, drink, crash on couch until sober

Is there another option I'm missing? Am I being selfish?
