My boyfriend has been going out for guy time and not telling me that their girlfriends have been coming?

How do I handle that? He says he wants to include me, but this only came about after I specifically asked him who else was coming to these events. He says he never knew other girlfriends were coming, but he never called me or told me about it after the fact, nor did he try and talk to his friends about arranging couple time separately.
