What's the best way to get over an ex when you have very little friends?

I was in a relationship with someone for over 2 years. During those years I ended up throwing my own life away for ours. Now it's over and I'm not sure what to do with all this time I have, I feel so alone. I don't want to go back, but don't want to feel this way either. How do I move on with my own life?
