How to tell someone they are not invited

I have a friend who i was close with in the past, but recently we are not as close. In fact, I've tried to seperate myself from her toxic friendship. ANYWAYS... My birthday is this weekend, and she keeps asking me what the plans are. Whats a polite way to say "you are not invited"
