Is this a second chance or not?

So if you read my other question I posted it explains more. Overall story we dated for about seven months, known each other for four years in a half now. I was controlling in our relatiohship. I lost who I was, spent too much time together. She said she couldn't take it anymore and so she said that we need to go on a break, and this was my second chance in being in a relationship with her. She said I need to find myself again, and not be controlling. I have gone to and stil am, to a psych. to help me with my problems. I believe that I found myself again and that I'm not controlling anymore. I'm not saying I don't need to work on things still, because everyone is always working on who they are.
