Is work out there really really hard to find? I;m disabled and I have not worked in about 5 years.

OK here we go. My husband has been out of work for about 2 years. His unemployment benifits have ended. I now have to take care of all the bills I dont mind but I am on a fixed income and I cannot pat for his car or the cell phone or the cable bills when he moved back home he brought all that stuff with him and I told him right then and there if something would happen I could not cover his bills. And every time I come into the computer room he's playing a game! I show him sites and he says been on that one and when he does put an app in he never calls them to see if they recieved his app! What should I do?
