How can I move out my moms house?

I have a low pay job and I only get 130 every other week. I am not in college because no one will accept me and I can't get another job because they won't accept me either. So how can i move out? My friends defintely not going to let me stay with them. I need to move out because she really hate me.

Also I am 19 and male.
