Urgent: What to feed the bird (young one)? fallen from its nest.

I dont want the birdy to die....last year same time also it had fallen from the nest...tried givng water and grains but didnt do well and died...

this year another of same species has fallen...couldnt put it back in the nest as its too high...cannot leave it alone...coz of cat and rodent....WHAT TO DO?
