What do guys really think of girls making the first move?

Getting all the right signals but nothing's happening. I'm not a very patient person, but also not used to making the first move. Didn't want to rush into a relationship anyway, but now it's driving me crazy because I'm totally falling madly in love. Comments/suggestions?
