What do i do about this guy obsessed with me?

I was just being friendly to him giving him compliments and just chatting a few weeks ago he was a couple years older than me and my dad found out about it and told me to quit talking to him and i did what my dad said to do now he keeps messaging me i have blocked him but he keeps messaging me on msn and it is really annoying please help!!!
