Help my child has eczema

Hello, my 1yr old son has eczema, he has had it since he was 2 months old :-(
Me and my husband are always fighting from lack of sleep we always take out our anger on one another. I am starting to feel helpless. I have tried so many things for my son, It would not hurt to have a few more suggestions. How can I get my son to sleep through the night? He scratches alot. Please Help
