MY Parents wont let me study out of town!!!!

i live in a town, doing my GCSC's and the teachers are not that good here.. so i asked my parents to send me out of town and i can live as a paying guest but they are not agreeing... i wanna see my future bright and i wanna enjoy city life too!!! ='( plzzzz help me convince my parents
