How do I deal with the (DEAD BEAT DAD) ex-husband?

I have tried to be nice. Nice didn't work at all. So now I have reported him to the courts. We have an October court date. He is $7000 behind in child support. He moved to Florida shortly after our divorce last October. He claims that he does not have a job, but also brags that he bought a Mercedes & a truck. He deserves to be locked up if he does not pay. I hope that happens! I have trouble paying my rent... and he is bragging about his easy life
