I have been married for 34 yrs my husband is asking my adult children to get me out for safety he's abusive

My husband has not spoken to me for 6 yrs he buys only beer,wine.fruits,Im not allowed to eat these,he becomes physically and verbally abusive and he wants me to move out but he wouldnt pay,he says I have savings to last for 10 yrs,but I still want him to pay for me to live out. He does not want divorce,no lawyers also,just move out quietly. He gets my 2 children to make me move out saying its for my own safety,but I feel I'm getting nothing,I want some payment from him.
