To move or not to move?

Iv been with my amazing boyfriend just over a year I'm 22 and he's 33 we have discussed marriage and babies and it's all definitely on the cards we see each other everyday and I stay over at his a couple of times a week as he lives alone and I still live at home, but he wants me to move in iv said to him I don't feel right as I can't contribute finacialy the way he can bit the real reason is that I feel like if I move in before were engaged then he'll never propose. What do I do?
