My mom passed away 6 years ago my sis owes me half of the house still what do I do? Please help

My mom passed away 6 years ago and me and my sis had a verbal agreement on letting her live there for 2 years and selling the house and splitting the proffit. She has destroyed the house and I want her out. What can I do to get my money for the house? I need help please
